Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletters, alerts, or promotional communications may opt-out of receiving these communications at any time. 


NOT NEW will contact you (including by email or mail) with information about our products, services, and offers which either you request, or which we believe you may be interested in (including through newsletters, alerts, and reminders about special events if it is in our legitimate interests, for business development and marketing purposes), unless you have told us that you don’t want to receive these messages by sending us an email at admin@notnew.nz 

From time to time we will send you service-related emails, such as a welcome email when you register for the Site.  

If you provide us with personal information when you communicate with us (including in person, by phone, or via email) this information will be used only for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. 



We endeavour to process all orders promptly after they have been placed and payment received, however all estimated delivery timeframes are from when you receive written confirmation that your order has been processed. We are not responsible for any delays to the delivery of an order once it has been collected by the applicable shipping carrier. Please note that orders will only be collected during business hours, Monday to Friday. If an order is placed outside of business hours or on a non-business day, it will be collected on the next business day. 

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, so please ensure that the delivery address you provide is a residential or business address. Additionally, all orders require a signature and we cannot give authority for an order to be left without being signed for.   

All orders within New Zealand & internationally are shipped via Go Sweet Spot.

International orders may be subject to additional taxes and import duties once they have arrived in the destination country. NOT NEW are not responsible for any delays resulting from destination country customs clearance processes. Please contact your local customs office for any further information. 



We accept returns on full priced items and can offer either an exchange or refund. Please note that the returns process must be initiated within 7 days of the order date. To do so, please email admin@notnew.nz advising us of your intention to return an item. 

For an item to be eligible for return, it must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. All garment tags must be attached to the item and the item stored in its original packaging. All shipping costs incurred in connection with a return are the responsibility of the customer.  

Please ensure that any returns are sent via courier so that the shipment may be tracked. We accept no responsibility for the loss of any items that are being returned, prior to their successful delivery back to the stated returns address for NOT NEW. 

Sale Items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any refunds or exchanges on sale items and the purchase of such items are final. 


NOT NEW Gift Vouchers are redeemable across all products on the notnew.nz website, including sale items. NOT NEW Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from day of issue and cannot be returned or refunded and are not redeemable for cash. Any unused balances at the expiry date will not be refunded. NOT NEW are not responsible if a Gift Voucher Code is lost, altered, stolen or used without permission. By purchasing a Gift Voucher You accept these terms of use. 


Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. 

NOT NEW uses up to date technology to ensure your checkout process and the content saved in your customer profile are secure. Payment information (if choosing to save), email address, shipping and billing addresses, and all other information are secured. NOT NEW work with secure global payment gateways.  

We take precautions to protect information that we collect from our Users. We protect the information entrusted to us by taking all reasonable precautions to safeguard the confidentiality of personal information, including through use of appropriate physical, technical, and administrative safeguards and measures. Once we have received your personal information, we will use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorised access to it. 

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access your online account, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
